Do I need a Puerto Rico phone number?
No. Use your number from home — it's only so your rider can reach you at the door. And there's no app: the whole thing runs in your browser.
Will my credit card work?
Yes. Checkout is Stripe, the same processor US online stores use, and Puerto Rico is part of the US payment system. No cash, ever — your rider carries none.
Room or lobby?
Your call at checkout. Most hotels won't send a courier upstairs, so hand-to-customer usually means meeting at the lobby or entrance — you give the rider a 4-digit PIN to confirm it reached you. Or pick leave at door and you'll get a photo of exactly where it was left. Either way, put your room number in the note field.
How do I tell them which building?
You drop a pin on a map at checkout — drag it to your actual entrance, not just the street. The delivery zone is calculated from that pin, and the rider navigates to it. Add gate codes or "side entrance by the pool" in the note.
Is this Uber Eats or DoorDash?
Neither. Pon is a local operation run by the Todo Culebra team out of Punta Las Marías — the same people behind the island map. Our riders are on e-bikes, which in the Isla Verde–Condado corridor is genuinely faster than a car hunting for parking.
