El Cable — a rocky coastal point on the south side of the island near Punta Soldado. Named for the old underwater telegraph cable that once connected Culebra to the outside world. Now a local hangout for fishing and sunset views. Rough road to get here — e-bike or cart recommended. Bring shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
