These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Todo Culebra app and website (todoculebra.com) and the services offered through them. By using the site or booking a service you agree to these Terms. Questions? Email todoculebra@gmail.com.

1. What we offer

Todo Culebra is an island guide and booking platform for Culebra and nearby destinations in Puerto Rico. Through the site you can browse the island map and travel information, chat with our AI concierge ("Coqui"), and book services such as e-bike rentals, deliveries, tours, camping, and lodging. Some services are fulfilled by us; others are fulfilled by independent local businesses.

2. Bookings and payment

• Prices, deposits, fees, and cancellation windows are shown in the booking flow before you pay. The amounts and terms displayed at checkout are the ones that apply to your booking.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Some bookings save your payment method to collect a remaining balance or agreed charges (for example overtime or damage) as described at checkout.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation windows and any refund conditions are stated in the booking flow and your confirmation email for each service. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

4. Rentals and safety

• Rental equipment (including e-bikes, helmets, and locks) must be used responsibly, returned on time, and returned in the condition received, normal wear excepted.
• You are responsible for following local traffic laws and for the safety of everyone in your group. Minors require an accompanying adult.
• You may be responsible for loss of or damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear, as described at checkout or in your rental agreement.

5. Third-party services

Some services (for example ferry travel and certain tours or restaurants) are operated by third parties or government agencies. Schedules, availability, and rules for those services are controlled by their operators and can change without notice. Where we assist with third-party arrangements, our role and any service fee are described in the relevant flow before you pay.

6. AI concierge

Coqui, our AI concierge, answers questions using our local knowledge base. It aims to be accurate and current, but island conditions change; confirmed bookings and their confirmation emails are authoritative over chat messages.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping of other users' data, and no uploading of content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content or refuse service to protect the platform and its users.

8. Your content

If you submit content (such as photos or reviews), you keep ownership and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in the app and our marketing. Tell us if you want something you submitted taken down.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isla Tech LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Puerto Rico.
