By Air: Air Flamenco from Condado (Isla Grande) — only 27 minutes! Cape Air also flies from SJU and Ceiba.

All five beaches in one day with a local guide, timed to the morning boat from Ceiba: wild Zoni and the Culebrita view, a snack in town, then Melones, Datiles and Tamarindo — turtles, rays, nurse sharks — and lunch at the Flamenco kiosks. 30 minutes of free time or snorkel at every beach.
