What happens if it rains during my rental period? If there's heavy rain, we offer rescheduling options. Light rain shouldn't affect your experience as our bikes are weather-resistant.
Do I need a drivers license to rent an Ebike? No, you don't need a driver's license to operate our e-bikes. However, riders must be at least 18 years old.
What happens if the Ebike gets a flat tire or breaks down? Call us immediately and we'll come to your rescue! We provide roadside assistance throughout Culebra at no extra cost.
